Meet Mayor Elise Partin Tuesday, January 20 from 5-6 pm at an informal social gathering to be held at the West Metro Chamber office 1006 12th Street in Cayce, SC 29033. Mayor Partin is the first female Mayor in Cayce's history and was elected to office in November.
