Columbia Cotillion Club holds ball December 27, 2008

Emily Seabrook Hoefer
The Columbia Cotillion Club, a gentlemen's dance club founded in 1890, held its Winter Ball Saturday evening, December 27, 2008, at the Columbia Marriott. Eleven daughters, six granddaughters and one great granddaughter of members were presented. A reception and receiving line were followed by the debutante figure. Mrs. John Cantey Heath Jr. directed the figure, which was followed by dinner and dancing to the music of Dick Goodwin.
