will remain open for a
period of thirty (30) days from
the date of sale, pursuant to
S.C. Code Ann. §15- 39- 720
(1976). Plaintiff expressly
reserves the right to, and
may, waive right to deficiency
judgment up to and including

the date of sale, in which case
the bidding will not remain
open after the date of sale,
but compliance with the bid
may be made immediately.
Purchaser pay for preparation
of the Master deed, documentary
stamps on the deed,
recording of the deed, and
interest on the amount of the
bid from date of sale to date of
compliance with the bid at the
rate of 9.25% per annum.
Subject to assessments,
Richland County taxes existing
easements, easements and
restrictions of record, and
other senior encumbrances, if
any.
