Lutheran Homes of South
Carolina, Inc. (The Lowman
Home) of White Rock, South
Carolina will make available
from October 1, 2008 until
September 30, 2009 uncompensated
services to all eligible persons
unable to pay who request
those services. All services of
the facility (excluding residential
care) that are not covered
by third party or governmental
programs will be available as
uncompensated services.
Eligibility for uncompensated
services will be limited to those
persons whose family income is
not more than three times the
current poverty income guidelines
(Category C) established
by the Department of Health
and Human Services. This
notice is published in accordance
with 42 CFR 124.504,
Notice of Availability of
Uncompensated Services. We
invite interested parties to comment
on this allocation plan.
