SVHS JROTC wins at Tiger Drill Meet in Conway
     The Vikings Air Force JROTC Drill Team at Spring Valley High School recently performed at the Tiger Drill Meet in Conway, SC. The team won the 2008 19th Annual Tiger Drill Championship for the 14th consecutive year.

Richland One receives $200,000 grant award from AT&T

      Richland One is the first school district in Columbia to be awarded a $200,000 grant from the AT&T Foundation to create a Jobs for America's Graduates (JAG) Program. JAG is a highly successful national drop- out prevention program with a 95% retention rate and multiple benefits.
