Who is responsible for falling trees and limbs?
      I would think that the neighbor in whose yard the tree was would be responsible for any and all damages caused by his fallen tree. If the Martin's insurance paid for the damage then the neighbors's insurance should reimburse the Martin's insurance company.

When the tree comes tumbling down
      When I was really young, I'd get confused when some people would refer to French as the language of love. That's because when my mother would stub her toe or burn herself on a hot frying pan, she'd let fly with a few choice four- letter words, then after she realized my little ears were within earshot, she'd say, "Pardon my French.

Operation Blue Cow fails
      Knoxville police are called by a 25- year- old man who claims he is stuck in an airshaft at the city's Museum of Art. Yahoo News goes on to explain that a rescue team of police and firemen rush to the scene. Up on the museum roof, cops and firemen find young Richard stuck some 45 feet down in an air shaft. The first thing the guy says to the cops is, "Mission failed.

      Anyone who's seen Kenny Rogers, Burt Reynolds, or Cher recently is extremely aware of the drawbacks of plastic surgery. You have to wonder why anyone would have work done when the possibility exists one could end up in full color on the cover of National Enquirer looking like a junior Frankenstein experiment.
