RCPL Executive Director David Warren honors Volunteer Iva Dell Griffin Iva Dell Griffin was recognized by RCPL Executive Director David Warren for volunteering more than 2,000 hours of service to the Richland County Public Library. A volunteer since April 1995, Griffin was named the 2000 Adult Volunteer of the Year and was named to the RCPL Volunteer Hall of Fame in April. A retired media specialist, she worked in the Richland School District Two for 33 years.
