Melissa Turlington A high school senior whose goal is to work with children overseas is the recipient of the R.C. McQuilkin Leadership Scholarship at Columbia International University (CIU).

Melissa Turlington, 17, of Towson, Md. was chosen from among 45 students to receive the full tuition scholarship. Melissa is the daughter of Frank and Effie Turlington of Towson, Md.
