The Garden Club Council of Greater Columbia will meet November 24 at the Garden Council Building, 1605 Park Circle, Maxcy Gregg Park.

The board will meet at 9 am. Refreshments prepared by Lilac Garden Club will be served at 9:30, and the program begins at 10 am.

Debbie West, owner of Think Floral will present the program, The Beauty of

Dried Flowers.
