Christmas at Carolina Children's Home
Carolina Children's Home is working diligently to provide Christmas gifts for 60+ children who've probably never had one before.
During this season of giving, think about being an important part of a child's life through one of the following ways.
Sponsor a child: Sponsors are given the child's wish list with the understanding that all the items on the list or only a few may be purchased.
Become a cottage sponsor: The Home's children live in cottages with as many as 16 kids in each cottage. By sponsoring a cottage, a gift may be given for all the residents to enjoy. Wrap gifts: If giving financially this year is not possible, the Home always needs volunteers to donate time to help wrap gifts.
Give a donation through the Guardian Angel Project: A donation of $10 or more to the Home will honor a loved one with a personalized letter, a bookmark, and a note indicating the giver of this gift.
The holidays can be a hard time for residents, yet the Home works to make it enjoyable.
As one of the largest and most comprehensive group homes in the state, Carolina Children's Home serves children and adolescents who have been the tragic victims of severe abuse, neglect or abandonment.
