The Ben Lippen Falcons won their fourth game in a row with a 34- 0 drubbing of the visiting Cardinal Newman Cardinals Friday, October 24.

On a rain soaked field, the Falcons ran up 444 yards of total offense and held Cardinal Newman to 59 yards total, including 32 net rushing yards on 31 attempts.

Quarterback Joey Carter led Ben Lippen with 205 yards passing and 124 yards rushing. As a team, the Falcons racked up 236 rushing yards. Carter is second on the team in rushing with 585 yards so far this season. He eclipsed the 2,000 yard mark in passing with 2,006 total after Friday's game.

Drew Stokes led the Ben Lippen defense with six tackles including two for loss, one sack, a forced fumble, and a fumble recovery.

The lone bright spots for Cardinal Newman were Greg Regan and Michael Beaudoin. Regan had seven tackles, including five for loss and two sacks. Beaudoin had seven punts for a 34.6 average. Two of his punts travelled 52 and 60 yards.
