Dr. Jacob Battle owns Battle Animal Clinic, 9367 Garners Ferry Road, Hopkins, SC. Born in Hartford Connecticut, Dr. Battle graduated from high school in Georgia. He earned a BS degree in Veterinary Technology from Fort Valley State University and became a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine through Tuskegee University. He began working as a vet at the Cheatham Animal Clinic in 2000. In June of 2006, opened his own practice is Hopkins, SC.

Dr. Battle feels compassion, dedication, and excellent care for patients characterize this full service clinic. It features surgical and dental facilities, anesthesia monitoring, radiological services, treatment rooms, and diagnostic laboratory equipment. Boarding is also available with equipment to suit the needs of both large and small animals and both indoor and outdoor runs.

Dr. Battle says his staff, Margaret, Molly, Shannon, Kayla, Elizabeth, Shari, and Bubba strive for superior service and performance. The clinic is available Monday- Friday from 8- 6 and Saturday from 8- 1.
