Don't miss Project Pet's annual Fur Ball Moonlight Gala this Saturday, October 11, at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center. This is the night to put on the dog, cat around, and have fun all for a fantastic cause!

Project Pet is a 501(c)3 not for profit animal rescue organization serving the Midlands of South Carolina. Their mission is to rescue animals from local municipal shelters that would otherwise be euthanized due to lack of space and resources. Annually, Project Pet rescues approximately 1000 animals and adopts them to responsible homes.

The Fur Ball Moonlight Gala will be held this Saturday, October 11 at 7:30 pm at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center. This is the organization's largest annual fundraiser and is a fantastic evening of food, frolic, and fancy. With over 175 silent and live auction items including exotic international vacations, fine jewelry, original art, boats and more, there is something to please even the most discriminating tastes.

Proceeds from the Fur Ball will assist Project Pet in building a Regional Adoption and Outreach Center as well as support on- going life saving efforts.

Tickets are available at www.projectpet.com or by calling (803) 407-0991.
