      by John Temple Ligon Fritz Former U.S. Sen. Ernest F. "Fritz" Hollings was present Friday, Sept. 19, as the new special collections wing at USC's Thomas Cooper Library was named for him. The $18- million, 50,000- square- foot building will be located behind the Thomas Cooper Library and will be named The Ernest F. Hollings Special Collections Library.
