A renter planted Jimmy McCullough's elephant ears 25 years ago. Jimmie McCullough lives in a community off North Main. Her elephant ears are extraordinary.

McCullough says she and her former husband were in Germany for his military service 25 years ago when the person renting their house planted the elephant ears. She says they have come back every year.

She cuts them down after the first frost and fertilizes them once a year. McCullough says the plants love water.
