Business editor receives The Spotlight on Excellence Award

John Temple Ligon In May, 2008, in Portland, Oregon, The Spotlight on Excellence 2008 Awards presented Living in South C arolina M agazine with an Award of Excellence for "Jasper Johns: his formative years" written by John Temple Ligon, business editor of The Columbia Star. John Bruce is editor of Living in South Carolina Magazine. The Johns article was recognized as the best feature story for any statewide organization publication in the country.
