Remember When... celebrating 70 years

The Iris Garden Club, the Garden Club of South Carolina West Hills District, and the Garden Club Council of Greater Columbia, Inc. present Remember When, a Standard Flower Show celebrating 70 years. The show will be Friday, September 19, 2008, at The Garden Club Council Building, 1605 Park Circle, Maxcy Gregg Park from 1- 6 pm.

The requirements and objectives of a Standard Flower Show conform to the rules and regulations stated in

the National Garden Clubs,

Division I Horticulture is open to any amateur gardener. Members or prospective members or the Iris Garden Club will be given first preference in Division II Design. Any student judge or any judge needing exhibiting credit may enter in any division. Entries in Division II and III require advance registration with the chairman. Entries for Horticulture, Design, and Special Exhibit entries will be accepted Thursday, September 18, 2008, between the hours of 1 and 6 pm. Design entries will be accepted Friday, September 19 from 8 am- 10 am. The show will be open to the public Friday, September 19, 1- 5 pm. No admission is required.
