In your 08/22/08 issue on p. 1 of the B section, you had a brief article entitled "Attention Wofford Alumni." Ironically, earlier today (08/21/08) the Erskine NetNews (erskine.edu then click on NetNews on the left side) reported tiny Erskine College in wee Due West also finished in the top 100 (95th). Few realize the strengths of the little college with about 600 undergraduates, about 400 enrolled in the seminary, located in the small academic village equidistant from Greenwood and Anderson and eight miles from the nearest supermarket in Honea Path!

Other SC schools in the 500 listed included Claflin, Furman, The Citadel, Presbyterian, USC, Clemson, and SC State.
