South Carolina Bar offers free legal clinics in Midlands

Local attorneys to speak on a variety of legal topics

The South Carolina Bar Pro Bono Program will sponsor two free legal clinics in the Midlands in September. The schedule is as follows:

• September 9—wills, estates and probate issues, featuring Roger B. Jellenik of Camden. The clinic will be held from 6:30 to 8 pm at the Kershaw County Councils on Aging located at 906 Lyttleton St. in Camden.

• September 18—elder law issues, featuring Judith Ann Whiting of Columbia. The clinic will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 pm at the Richland County Public Library Sandhills Branch located at 1 Summit Pkwy. in Columbia.

The seminars are free for anyone who would like to attend.
