 Boy Scout Troop #400 of Christ the King Luthern Church and the Lower Richland Ruritan Club held a US Flag Retirement Ceremony this past Tuesday night outside at the Lower Richland Ruritan Clubhouse facilities. Participants were: Ruritan Citizen and Patriotic Committee Chair Bill Joy, Assistant Scoutmaster Robert Yon, Scoutmaster Dennis Morgan, Scout Joseph Taylor (holding the flag), Committee Chairman #400 Skip Freie, Life Scout Lee Bell, and Life Scout Chris Yon. Ruritan members, family, neighbors, and Deputy Greg Chandler attended the solemn ceremony. |
