Students go paperless at RNE

Science teacher Amber Caicedo was the grand prize winner of Richland Northeast High School's Go Green Paperless Classroom instruction day competition. Her class appeared on WLTX demonstrating physics labs with students using computers to capture and analyze data, in addition to having students engage in an interactive review of curriculum using the Senteo clicker system.

Go Green Day was an initiative of RNE seniors Stephen Wilson and Lauren Wright for the school's Pride Week. The 40- plus teachers who participated saved RNE more than $200 in paper costs.
