Thirty-something speaks
Kleenex is not Russian for "Use your sleeve."
      Some historians believe Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte was the first to place buttons on the sleeves of coats so that his soldiers would not wipe their noses and mouths on their sleeves. It's kind of hard to have a clean military force that uses its uniforms like Kleenex. The buttons served as a deterrent, but may have led to the little General's downfall.

      Michael Thompson is a golfer on this year's University of Alabama golf team. His play got him invited to the Masters. During his second round, he was blindsided by the Golf Gods. While standing over a birdie putt that would have nearly guaranteed his position as top amateur, his ball moved a fraction of an inch.

      There's a high school in Montana where kids played a prank that completely frustrated the faculty. We won't name the school because they're already embarrassed enough without being identified. Students, who remain unknown by authorities to this day, somehow obtained live sheep for their prank.
