Men have a button in the back of their heads
      My mother is convinced that all men are born with a button in the back of their heads that is activated when they sit in recliners and lean against the headrests. The button then signals the brain and it's lights out for the men. According to my mom, these buttons are more powerful than an entire bottle of Ambien.

      Have you seen the ad for Kinoki? This thing looks like a Stay Free mini pad and claims to be an ancient oriental miracle medicine that sucks toxins from your body through the soles of your feet while you sleep. The TV commercial shows a pad the first morning looking like the user had been eating dirt.

Robbers! always check out the guys in the back room
      O'Dell makes a really bad mistake when he selects the Boot Hill Saloon for his next robbery victim. He's been robbing bars for weeks and, so far, the cops have not caught up with him. But O'Dell's luck is about to run out. On the night of this robbery, according to TV 13 News in Houston, Texas, O'Dell and his partner, Juiceman, put on ski masks.

Letter to the editor
Clean up the Statehouse grounds
      In reference to the letter about the Ben Tillman statue on statehouse grounds. I whole heartedly agree with Steve Adams we need to move it off statehouse grounds or destroy it. And that is making a good start. In the words of a well known talk show host here in the Midlands, Don Frierson, there are even more artifices on the grounds that need to be gotten rid of.
