Flora's Kim Roach scored 20 of her game- high 23 points in the second half to help lead the Falcons over the visiting Travelers Rest Devildogs 64- 50 in the second round of the class 3A state playoffs Upper State bracket.

Tiara Knotts added 22 points for the Falcons and Emani Harrison finished with eight points.

A.C. Flora jumped to a 15- 8 lead after one quarter and led by as much as 14. The Devildogs cut the lead to eight points in the fourth quarter, but the Falcons responded and pulled away. Note: A.C.Flora lost to J.L.Mann 62- 52 February 18 in the state tournament quarterfinals. This is the second straight year J.L.Mann has eliminated the Falcons.

A.C. Flora's Tiara Knotts finished with 22 points.
