Columbia Children's Theatre presents Frosty
Frosty is
coming to life on stage at Columbia Children's Theatre Nov. 23--Dec. 2 at the
Booker Washington Heights Cultural Arts Center. This heart--warming musical
follows Samantha, Sidney, James, and Worm as they try to win the school's
science fair by bringing Frosty back to life. Frosty is a magical adventure the
whole family will enjoy and will delight children of all ages.
Directed by Columbia and Chicago theatre veteran, Jerry Stevenson, the cast
features ETV's Deputy Billy and Friends own Lee O. Smith as Frosty; Sidney Hough
as Samantha; Wesley Miller as James; Denise Pearman as Sidney; Jessica Bright as
Worm; and Andre Rogers as The Narrator, The Cop, and The HatmaFkreors.ty runs
November 23--December 2 at the Booker Washington Heights Cultural Arts Center
(formerly Sarah Nance) at 2611 Grant St. The first weekend performances are
Fri., Nov. 23 at 7 pm; Sat., Nov. 24 at 10:30 am and 2 pm and Sun., Nov. 25 at 3
pm. The following weekend performances are Fri., Nov. 30 at 7 pm, and Sat., Dec.
1 at 10:30 am and 2 pm, and Sun., Dec. 2 at 3 pm. Tickets are $6 and are
available at the door one half hour before show time.
