      James William "Bill" Riser Jr., beloved husband, father, and grandfather died peacefully Saturday, October 20, 2007, at home after a long and courageous fight with Mylodysplastic Syndrome. Born in Columbia on December 19, 1928, he was a son of the late James W. and Ella Jewel Shull Riser.

Quilt will be raffled off at Trinity Bazaar, Nov. 3

      The Annual Trinity Episcopal Cathedral Bazaar on November 3 will feature a handmade quilt. The 91"x 91" all cotton quilt was designed and made by Bonnie Hunter and Trinity parishioners and will be raffled off at noon at Satterlee Hall the day of the bazaar.
