The Dreher Blue Devils (1- 3, 0- 1) fell 27- 14 to the Camden Bulldogs September 14, in a rain soaked region opener. The loss gives the Blue Devils a 1- 3 overall record and Dreher 14 Camden 27 an 0- 1 mark in region play.

Dreher had a one- yard touchdown run from Sterling Epps in the second quarter and Matt Martin threw a 55- yard touchdown pass to Taurean McDuffie- Smith in the fourth quarter, but it was not enough.

Camden freshman running back SaVonn Wingate rushed for 135 yards and a touchdown to help the Bulldogs jump out to a 27- 7 advantage.

Dreher's McDuffie Smith caught four passes for 154 yards.
