Frank focuses Robinson's practice on business and commercial litigation and real estate. He earned his B.S. and J.D. from University of South Carolina. Franklin Smith's practice focuses on construction law, federal contract law, fidelity/surety law, insurance defense, and professional malpractice. Smith also is a certified mediator and arbitrator.
