NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN THAT THE FOLLOWING MOTOR VEHICLE'S WERE ABANDONED OR SEIZED IN RICHLAND COUNTY and taken into custody by the Richland County Sheriff's Department according to statutes 56-5-5630, 27-21-20, 44-53-520, and 56-5-6240, as passed by the General Assembly of South Carolina. THESE VEHICLES ARE STORED AT THE SHERIFF'S COMPOUND LOCATED AT 401 POWELL ROAD, COLUMBIA AND CAN BE VIEWED BETWEEN 2 PM AND 6 PM ON THE DAY PRIOR TO SALE.

The motor vehicles and FOUND PROPERTY will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for cash at: Richland County Sheriff's Compound, 401 Powell Rd, Columbia, SC. The auction will be held at 10AM SATURDAY, MAY 12, 2007. ALL BIDDERS MUST BE REGISTERED PRIOR TO THE SALE. All ITEMS offered for auction are at the discretion of the Sheriff's Department and may be removed from the auction for any reason by the Sheriff's Department. All items are to be sold as is where is with no guarantee oral or written given.
