§ 111.1 Appeals: Any person receiving the Order from this office of deficiencies under this Code may within twenty (20) days following the date of such notice enter an appeal in writing to the Property Maintenance Board. The appeal must state the location of the property and the grounds for appeal. An application for appeal shall be based on a claim that the true intent of this code or the rules legally adopted thereunder have been incorrectly interpreted, the provisions of this code do not fully apply. Or the requirements of this code are adequately satisfied by other means.

Failure to comply with this Order will cause legal action or demolition by the City of Columbia without further notice and the amount of the cost of such removal or demolition shall be billed directly to the owner of the property upon which the cost was incurred as well as a lien attached to the subject property in the amount of the cost for the demolition and removal.
