Journalism students at Blythewood High School produce a monthly newspaper, the Streak . Students meet everyday with teacher Kim Stokes and USC intern Ann Wilson where they learn the who- when- -where- why and what of publishing a newspaper.

Journalism 1 students serve as reporters and write the stories. Journalism 2 students layout the newspaper on computers. The completed newspaper is sent to Bruner Printing Company where it is printed. The finished product is distributed to all students at the high school.
