Sealed proposals will be received by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Columbia, South Carolina, for sanitary sewer construction. Proposals will be accepted from any Contractor qualified to bid under the South Carolina Licensing Law, until 2:00 p.m., local time, January 25, 2007 at the second floor Conference Room, 1225 Laurel Street in Columbia, South Carolina.
