(l) Bessie Heyward Clarkson, who celebrated her 88th birthday Jan. 10, 2007, was one of the first mothers of Heathwood Hall Episcopal School 55 years ago. Susan Gibbes Robinson, who taught at Good Shepherd Episcopal School, was the first head mistress of Heathwood Hall Episcopal School.
