Kelly Marie Oswald's elementary class of six students at Sandhills School raised $720 for WIS's Families Helping Families Holiday charitable program. The fundraiser was part of a class project integrating math with the life skills of compassion and gratefulness. The students raised the money primarily by doing chores at home and hosting school bake sales. More ... Austin Layden received the Eagle Scout Award at a Court of Honor Ceremony at St. Martin's - in- the- Fields Episcopal Church Dec. 17, 2006. Layden is a member of Troop 4 of The Indian Waters Council.
