Judge Michael Davis, chair of the Lower Richland Ruritan Business and Profession Committee presented Lisa Dixon with the Lower Richland Ruritan of the Year award for 2006. Dixon is married to Kenneth Dixon. They have three children: Kenny, Katie, and Caroline. Mrs. Dixon also received a Ruritan gold key for recruiting three new members.
