OF ACTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT an action has been or will be commenced and is now or will be pending in this Court upon complaint of the above-named Plaintiff against the above-named Defendant(s) for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage of real estate given by Enoch Pou, Sr. to HomeAmerican Credit, Inc. d/b/a Upland Mortgage dated February 24, 2001, and recorded in the public records of Richland County on March 1, 2001, in Book R488 at Page 2830. The Mortgage was thereafter assigned to the Plaintiff by assignment.

The premises covered and affected by the Plaintiff's mortgage and the foreclosure thereof, were, at the time of the making thereof, and at the time of the filing of this notice, described as follows:

McD. Hampton, dated July 16, 1901, and recorded in the Office of Register of Mesne Conveyance for Richland County in Plat Book "A", page 121. Said lot being more particularly shown on a plat prepared for Benjamin Shannon and Barbara Ann Shannon by Cox and Dinkins, Inc. dated December 29, 1982 and recorded in Plat Book ____ at page ____.
