There is a lien on each vehicle for towing and storage charges and any additional storage or costs from the date of this notice. After thirty (30) days from the date of this notice JR's Towing, 5081 Brickyard Rd., Cola., SC 29203 will apply to the Upper Township Magistrate to sell these vehicles at Public Auction. If sold at Public Auction the successful bidder will get a title free and clear of any liens and encumbrances under section 56-5-5640. All parties that have any interest in the following vehicles have until the day of the auction to reclaim the vehicle upon payment of all charges.

(1976), as amended, to a preseizure hearing provided, however, that you notify, within five (5) days of the date of service of this paper upon you, the Clerk of Court for the County of Richland, in writing, that you desire a hearing and you are making a demand for same.
