Strike-Out Queen heads to USC Salkehatchie

Dreher High School's Caroline Leidy, pitcher for the Lady Blue Devils softball team, has signed a letter of intent to play for USC Salkehatchie.

Leidy is the all time strike-out queen at Dreher. In her six-year career, she amassed 354 K's with 194 coming during her junior and senior years. She also batted .387, was a team captain, earned All-Region honors, and was named as the team's most valuable player.
