Notice is hereby given that an action has been commenced by the Plaintiff above named against the Defendants above named to foreclose a certain mortgage given by James L. King III to Columbia National Incorporated, dated April 24, 2003, recorded May 2, 2003 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Richland County in Record Book 789 at page 1371, and subsequently assigned to the Plaintiff.

The following is a description of the premises subject of said mortgage:
