Miss Coleman and Mr. Kunkle wed in Lexington, SC
The bride is the daughter of June Coleman of Summerville, South Carolina, and Foster Coleman of Hopkins. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Katie Y. Coleman and the late Mr. DesPortes Coleman of Hopkins and the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Byars of Pickens, South Carolina. The bride earned a BS in business administration from the University of South Carolina and a Juris Doctor from the USC School of Law. She is an attorney with Harvey, Casterline & Vallini, LLP.
The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Louis Kunkle Sr. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Kleckley and the late Mr. and Mrs. Epting Kunkle, all of Newberry, South Carolina. The bridegroom earned a BS in civil engineering from the University of South Carolina. He is a project engineer at Carolina Techical Services, Inc.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. The matron of honor was Mrs. Camille Kale of North Charleston, South Carolina. The attendants were Raina Clark of New York City; Jenny Gaither of Nashville, Tennessee Mrs. Mandy Thompson Glynn of Wilmington, North Carolina; Mrs. Beth Werts Hawkins of Clemson, South Carolina; Mrs. Wendi Higgins Hill of Greer, South Carolina, cousin of the bride; Kaye Johnsonof New York City, and Mrs. Tracy Thompson Leapard of Spartanburg, South Carolina, cousin of the bride. The junior bridesmaid was Whitney Lever of Newberry, South Carolina.
The father of the bridegroom served as best man. The groomsmen were Robby Bannister of Simpsonville, South Carolina, nephew of the bridegroom; Chad Coleman of Summerville, South Carolina, brother of the bride; Age Facendola of Boston, Massachusetts; Reyburn Lominack of West Columbia; Jeff McDonald of Newberry; Ashley Summer of Washington, DC; and Brad Summer of West Columbia. The ring bearer was Austin Hill.
A reception was held at The Corley Mill House and Garden. After a honeymoon to St. Lucia, the couple will reside in Lexington.
