YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to answer the Petition for Administration and for appointment of a Personal Representative of said Estate, the original of which was filed in the Richland County Probate Court on October 4, 2005, and are hereby served upon you by publication, and to serve a copy of your Answer to said Petition on the subscriber at his office at 1812 Bull Street, Columbia, South Carolina 29201, within thirty (30) days after the date of service hereof upon you, exclusive of the day of such service; and if you fail to answer the Petition within the time aforesaid, the Petitioner will apply to the Court for the relief demanded in the Petition and judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
