As part of the preparation for its 50th class reunion, the Dreher High School class of 1957 visited their alma mater Thursday, February 23, 2006.

Debra Kinder, community liaison, and Mike DuBard, athletic director, explained the upcoming Greater Dreher Reunion in the spring of 2007 to honor the soon-to-be-demolished old building and inaugurate the new building.

Assistant Principal Roy Blakeney presented drawings of the new building and explained its features and benefits. There were many questions from the 39ers most of which lent sorrow to the demolition of the building that has meant so much to them. Debra Kinder then led the group on a tour of the building.
