The Petal Pushers Garden Club enjoyed a delightful luncheon at Spring Valley Club December 15, 2005. Hostesses were Frances Morris, Pattie Britt, Ruth Rachal, and Louise Grooms.

After a brief business meeting, gifts were exchanged. Non–perishable food was collected for Hannah House.

The Petal Pushers were well represented at the Standard Flower Show, “Holiday Symbols,” presented by the Council of Garden Clubs of Greater Columbia. Special thanks went to Margaret Glenn, Betty Lewis, Louise Grooms, and Bernice Folsom. Numerous ribbons were won for artistic arrangements and horticulture. Betty Lewis won the Award of Merit for Camellias for her porceline doll.

Special guests were Judy Rachal and Ginger Taylor. The January meeting will be held at the home of Frances Morris.
