NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been commenced and is now pending in this court upon Complaint of the above-named Plaintiff against the above-named Defendants for foreclosure of a certain mortgage of real estate given by Novella Gidron to Homeowners Mortgage Enterprises Inc., in the amount of $60,480.00 dated February 4, 2000, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Richland County in Book 382 at Page 1392 on February 9, 2000.
