All that certain piece, parcel lot of land, situate lying and being in the County of Richland, State of South Carolina, generally known as lot to rear of 1415 Barnwell Street, being described as being bounded on the North by land now or formerly of Pauline P. Asbill for a distance of 48 feet, more or less; East by land now or formerly of Green B. Neal and land now or formerly of Pauline P. Asbill for a distance of 40 feet, more or less; South by land now or formerly of E. W. William Ray Owens died testate on November 4, 1998, leaving the subject property to his heirs at law or devisees, namely, Jimmie M. Owens a/k/a Jimmie F. Owens, as is more fully preserved in the Probate records for Richland County, in Case No. 99-ES-4000707, by Deed of Distribution dated May 5, 2000, and recorded May 10, 2000 in Deed Book 407 at Page 1535.
