Notice is given that Arborwood, Inc. (the "Corporation"), a South Carolina limited liability company, with its registered office at 1201 Main Street, Suite 1200, Columbia, SC 29201 delivered Articles of Dissolution to the Secretary of State for filing in accordance with the South Carolina Business Corporation Code.

All persons with claims against the Corporation shall file their claims with all supporting documentation at the registered office of the Corporation set forth above. Except for claims that are contingent at the time of the filing of the Articles of Dissolution or that arise after the filing of the Articles of Dissolution, a claim against the Corporation not otherwise barred will be barred unless the proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five years after publication of this Notice, as provided in Section 33-44-803 of the South Carolina Business Corporation Code."
