Directed by Columbia and Chicago theatre veteran, Jerry Stevenson, the cast features ETV’s Deputy Billy Friend’s own Lee O. Smith as Frosty; Sidney Hough as Samantha; Scott Vaughn as James; Denise Pearman as Sidney; Jessica Bright as Worm; and Columbia Children’s Theatre favorite, Erika Wood, as The Narrator, The Cop, and The Hatmaker.
