Girls Tornados win Great Carolina Shootout

The Northeast Columbia Soccer Associations U18 Girls Tornados, coached by Steve Berzins, won the Great Carolina Shootout Tournament held in Myrtle Beach, SC, October 15–16.  

After four matches in two days, finishing 3–1 over all, the Tornados defeated Carolina FC in the championship match, 1–0 (4–2 in a shootout).  

After congratulating the Carolina FC team on a great game, Berzins was awarded the championship trophy and presented the individual awards to his team.
