Goblin Gulp Punch

This Halloween–orange punch is a hit with kids and adults. And it is super easy to make!

Ingredients:

1 part orange sherbet

1 part chilled pineapple juice

3 parts chilled ginger ale (diet or regular)

Sour gummy worms for garnish

Directions:

Mix sherbet and juice thoroughly (a spoon works just fine). Add gingerale and garnish with a gummy worm or two. Add ice cubes if desired.

Theses airy and delicious cookies will melt in your mouth. Caution: They have a habit of disappearing!

Ingredients:

2 egg whites

2¼3 cup sugar

1 tsp. vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

1 cup chocolate chips

1 cup pecans (optional)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 3500F. Line metal cookie sheet with a silicone baking sheet, parchment paper or aluminum foil.

2. Beat egg whites and salt with an electric mixer until foamy. Beat in sugar gradually. Continue mixing until egg whites form stiff peaks.

3. Gently fold in vanilla extract, chocolate chips, and pecans.

4. Spoon mixture by the tablespoon onto prepared baking sheet.

5. Place cookies in oven and immediately turn OFF oven. Keep in the closed oven overnight or 5-6 hours.

6. Enjoy!
