The Celebrate Freedom festival honors veterans while educating youth about the high price paid for liberties. The festival takes place at Woodward Field in Camden, the site where the British Royal Air Force pilots and flight crews trained during World War II.

Saturday and Sunday, October 29 and 30 will be a patriotic tribute to the military and their families. This will be a Heroes of Freedom Reunion and Airborne Weekend, with the 555th Parachute Infantry Battalion, the famed triple nickels, first all African–American Parachute unit, holding its 61st anniversary reunion during the weekend.

This is an entire weekend of events for the whole family.
